Important Dates for Cheerleaders
It is of the utmost importance that each squad member attend every event held by the TMS Cheer Squad. Participation is key to success! Unexcused absences are punishable by demerits and can lead to dismissal from the squad. Emergencies are dealt with on an individual basis. The dates listed are non-negotiable dates. They will not change. If you cannot attend the TMS Cheer Camp, you will be immediately dismissed from the squad. We cannot change this date as it is mandatory for every squad member to attend to ensure the success of the squad. The other dates are mandatory and if not in attendance you will be awarded demerits and can be dismissed from the squad.
Mandatory Dates
Parent meeting: Monday, February 20th @ 6:00 PM
Uniform Fittings: March 7, 2025 @ 1:00 PM
Tryout Practices: Monday-Thursday March 3rd-6th @ 4:30-6:30 PM
Tryouts: Friday March 7, 2025 @ 8:00 AM in the TMS GYM
TMS Cheer Camp: June 16th – June 19th

These dates are important for 2025-2026 cheerleading squad candidates. But please make sure you will be able to attend them all before our tryout process. It’s much easier to keep your kiddo from trying out than for me to dismiss (after they have made it and you have paid) due to poor attendance.
